On October 13, 2018, the grand occasion of 11th Yantai International Wine Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “Portuguese Wine Fair”) opened at 10:00 a.m. in Yantai International Exposition Center. Guest of honor’s included Ge Zhirong, Vice Chairman of WABA & former Deputy Director-General of the State Administration of Quality Supervision and Inspection, Wang Hongping, deputy director of Shandong Provincial Department of Commerce, Wang Qi, Executive Vice Chairman of China Wine Association, Vice-Secretary of Yantai Municipal Party Committee, Zhang Yongxia, Deputy Secretary and Mayor of Yantai Municipal Committee, Secretary General of WABA, Chen Zeming including others did the honor of inaugurating the opening ceremony by pouring the wine .

The theme of this year’s Portuguese Wine Fair is “brand, culture & cooperation”, among the participants there was nearly 17 countries and regions such as New Zealand, Italy etc. with approximately 400 enterprises from more than 10 provinces and autonomous regions engaged in the exhibition.
