World renowned and highly published Chinese economist. Mr. Wuwei is also Vice Chairman of 11th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, the National People’s Congress Standing Committee, the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomingtang, and the Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress.

Mr. Wuwei has long been engaged research in industrial economics, quantitative economics and economic management. He enjoys contributing to academia as Director of the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences Institute of National Economy where his invaluable expertise has helped the Academy become what it is today. As an economics expert, Mr. Wuwei has also published more than 200 papers both at home and abroad and more than 20 academic books and articles. He is considered by many to be the father of the Chinese creative industry and is the first theorist to have won the prestigious China Creative Industry Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Country
