According to the “Notice about Clean Up A Number of Administrative Fees from National Development and Reform Commission of the Ministry of Finance ” (Finance [2017] 20) requires, the quality inspection system will be canceled or suspended 4 administrative expenses set up by the central government from April 1, 2017.
Specifically include:
1. Cancel the qualification fees of Equipment Supervision Unit;
2. Cancel the fees of entry and exit inspection and quarantine;
3. Stop receiving the fees of product quality supervision and inspection (including fees of industrial production license about certification and inspection; excluding voluntary commission inspection fees by the management of operating service charges);
4. Stop measurement fees (that is administrative examination fees and compulsory verification fees. Non-compulsory verification fees shall not be included in the administrative fees. And companies shall not be forced to accept services and charges.)
According to administrative fees management regulations, all regions, relevant departments and units should be strict in administrative fees which should be canceled, suspended or reduced and cannot procrastinate or refuse to execute by using any reason.
