Two of our more notable shareholders are CAIQTEST China (one of the key government-owned official testing labs in China) and Analytica Laboratories in New Zealand.The purpose of our laboratory is to facilitate the smoother export of goods from New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific, to China.
To promote more efficient trade between China and New Zealand, WABA and CAIQTEST (Pacific) have established the pre-inspection platform by providing CNAS accredited testing in New Zealand to facilitate the export of wine from New Zealand and Australia to China. GB methods are adopted at a laboratory based in New Zealand.
- Exporters have testing results based on GB methods before shipment, which are recognized by the NZ government.
- Importers have CNAS accredited 3rd party laboratory results to help CIQ to issue sanitary certificates.
