The outer colure symbolizes WABA’s area of concern which encompasses a global industry of nearly one billion people in all areas of the alcohol beverage industry. The gable in the center of the colure signifies members gathering under one roof. The calabash, under the gable, has a traditional use for carrying water, food, and medicine. The Alliance is also multi-faceted and holds together those from all areas of the alcohol industry. The wave under the calabash symbolizes the movement that the Alliance is making in the alcohol industry.
